MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership applications are available at any Membership Meeting.

The following PBC by-laws explain the membership process.

ARTICLE I

Section 3 - Election to Membership

Each applicant for membership shall apply on a form as approved by the Board of Directors and which shall provide that the applicant agrees to abide by the Articles of Incorporation, these By-Laws and the rules of the American Kennel Club.

. The application shall state the name and address of the applicant, and it shall

carry the endorsement of two members.

. Accompanying the application the prospective member shall submit dues

payment for the current year; NOTE: October through December, new

applicant’s due received shall apply for the following fiscal year.

. All applications are to be filed with the Treasurer.

. Prospective Phoenix Bulldog Club members may apply at any meeting they

attend.

. The application will be read at the next regular meeting that the applicant

attends.

. The application will be read and voted on at the third meeting the applicant

attends. Affirmative votes of 3/4 of the membership present and voting at that

meeting shall be required to elect the applicant.

CLUB OBJECTIVES

A. To stimulate an interest in Bulldogs as pets and as show specimens.

B. To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of Pure-bred Bulldogs, and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials.

C. To conduct sanction matches, AKC licensed Specialty Shows and Obedience Trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club.
